Business use and authority
You must be at least 18, use the probe for a business purpose, and be authorized to process every file you select. Do not provide credentials, tokens, message bodies, recipient lists, unlawful data, malware, or another organization's information without permission.
Probe boundary
The probe organizes customer-exported data into a reviewable action-plan draft. It does not access a Microsoft tenant, execute PowerShell, change Exchange, DNS, ACS, HVE, SMTP, or ESP settings, migrate mail, monitor delivery, or provide managed migration services.
The probe is free, experimental, and provided without an account, subscription, checkout, or service-level commitment. We may change, suspend, or close it, including at the end of the fixed probe window.
Your responsibility
All route fields and suggestions are informational starting points. An authorized person must verify current Microsoft and provider requirements, approve any external change, test it, maintain a rollback path, and confirm the result. SenderOwner does not guarantee quota accuracy, delivery, migration success, uninterrupted mail, zero downtime, security, or regulatory compliance.
Private workspace
When enabled, the workspace stores your team's tenant inventory, action decisions and history. It is a control and recordkeeping tool, not a migration service. Your organization is responsible for its members, customer permissions, evidence and decisions. Do not share sign-in links. Verify generic template steps separately for each customer; copying a template does not approve a route or verify delivery.
Trial and plan limits
The no-card trial permits 3 tenants, 2 members and 6 successful imports. It begins on the first successful import, must start within 15 days of organization creation, lasts up to 30 days, and ends no later than 45 days after creation. It does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Paid-plan tenant, member, import, template and history limits are displayed before purchase. Paid import allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, not the payment anniversary. Limits are not pooled across subscriptions; excess usage is refused, not automatically billed. Each import is limited to 5,000 rows, a 5 MiB local CSV file and 1 MiB of selected normalized data. Upgrading does not bypass these file-safety limits.
Billing and cancellation
When checkout is enabled, monthly or annual subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled. Review the final price, taxes and renewal terms on Creem's checkout before paying. Creem's Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase. A return to SenderOwner is not proof that payment succeeded: workspace access depends on verified payment-provider status.
An organization administrator can schedule cancellation in workspace billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves access through the already-paid period; it is not a refund request. The original purchaser can access the payer portal from workspace billing. Account closure requires renewing subscriptions and uncertain billing operations to be resolved first. Contact support@senderowner.work if you cannot sign in to manage billing.
Refunds and service access
You may request one refund of the first paid purchase within 14 days by contacting support@senderowner.work. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected. A request is not confirmation that a refund has been issued. Approved refunds are processed through Creem; payment-provider and bank processing times may vary. A full refund ends the associated paid write access; a partial refund is not automatically treated as a full refund.
After trial write access expires, read-only access lasts 7 days. After paid write access ends, read-only export access lasts 30 days. Export important records before your access window closes. Business data is then subject to the deletion schedule in our Privacy Notice; financial and shared-organization records have separate retention rules. SenderOwner is not a backup of your Microsoft environment.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in your files and downloaded action plan. Jianbo Ying retains rights in the SenderOwner software and original site materials. Microsoft and other third-party names belong to their owners. SenderOwner is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft.
Availability and liability
The probe is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the probe or from changes made in external systems. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Shanghai, China, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may decide a dispute. Please first contact support@senderowner.work.
